摘要
为形成合理、智慧的制造云,在详细分析云制造环境下生产加工云的属性、构成及特点的基础上,建立基于本体的生产加工云语义描述机制和模型,重点研究了生产加工云能力服务的体系架构,实现了生产加工云能力服务的智能搜索和自动匹配,达到了生产加工任务的自主分解和服务聚合。通过实验研究表明,所提的基于本体的生产加工云能力服务体系架构和方法具有准确性和可行性。
To form feasible and intelligent manufacturing clouds, the semantic description mechanism and model based on ontology were established by analyzing properties, components and features of Production and Processing Clouds (PPC) in cloud manufacturing environment. The architecture of Production and Processing Manufacturing Clouds Capability Service(PPCCS) was investigated on focus, and intelligent search and automatic matching of PPCCS were realized, thus self-decomposition and service aggregation of Production and Processing Tasks(PPT)was achieved. Experiments proved that the architecture and methods for PPCCS based on ontology was accurate and feasible.
