摘要
应用光镜和电镜技术,系统地观察产蛋母鸡输卵管各段组织结构,观察输卵管各段精子储存的情况,研究和精子储存相关的组织结构及微环境。结果表明,产蛋母鸡输卵管各段形态结构存在一定差距,主要体现在黏膜层。产蛋母鸡输卵管存在精子储存现象,精子主要储存在产蛋母鸡输卵管子宫与阴道交界处的精子腺,少量储存在接近子宫的峡部固有层的腺体。腺体开口于黏膜上皮与输卵管腔相通,黏膜上皮细胞旺盛的分泌活动以及丰富的血管分布可能为精子储存提供有利的条件。
The experiment explores the detail of organizational structure of oviducts in laying hens. We also investigates the structural features and the micro environmental properties of sperm storage from the histological and cytological perspectives. The resuh shows that variation of microstructure in different regions exists mainly in the epithelium mucosae. The phenomenon of sperm storage lies mostly in the sperm storage tubule (SST) of the juncture between uterine and vagina, the rest in the glands of isthmus. SST opens its mouth to the epithelium to communicate with the oviduct lumen. Vigorous secretory activities of cells that consist of the epithelium and SST, rich distribution of blood vessels between epithelium and SST may be important for sperm storage and providing nutrition.
