摘要
建立了固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定畜禽肉中泰妙菌素残留的分析方法。试样经磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=8.0)-乙酸乙酯混合提取,经水饱和正己烷除脂后,过MCX固相萃取小柱净化,采用LC-MS/MS电喷雾电离正离子扫描,多反应监测模式(MRM)检测,外标法定量。泰妙菌素在0.5~50μg/L的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数r大于0.999。其检出限为0.25μg/kg,定量限为0.5μg/kg。
A high performance liquid chromatography tan-dem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) method was developed to determine the tiamulin residues in the muscles of livestock and poultry by solid phase extraction (SPE). The sample was extracted by phosphate buffer (pH8.0) -ethyl acetate mixture solvent. After fat was removed by water-saturated n-hexane, the sample was cleaned by MCX mode SPE. Tiamulin was detected by LC-MS/MS with MRM mode. It showed a good linearity in the ranges of 0. 5μg/L to 501μg/L. The detection and quantification limits were 0. 25 μg/kg and 0. 5 I^g/kg, respectively.
