122例白血病合并高尿酸血症的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 122 cases of Hyperurecemia Complicated by Leukemia

本文报告各种类型白血病合并高尿酸血症122例。总发病率11%,ANLL、ALL和CML(包括急性变)分别为8.1%、10.2%和40%。白细胞总数>1×10~8/L和<1×10~8/L之间的高尿酸血症发病率有高度显著性差异(P<0.01),化疗前后比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。文中将高尿酸血症划为单纯、肾病、肾衰3种类型,制定了各型的诊断标准,且讨论了有关治疗。

122 cases of hyperurecemia in vavious types of leukemia are reported. The total incidence of hyperurecemia was 11%, and the incidence of ANLL, ALL and CML (including acute axacerbation) were 8.1%, 10.2% and 40% respectively. From statistical analysis, there was marked significance between the incidence of the cases of their white cell count>1 × 10~9/L and those<1×10~9/L (P<0.01), but there was no significant difference between the cases before and after chemotherapy. The diagnostic criteria of 3 types of hyperUrecemia including simple, nephrotic, renal failure, were described and their corresponding treatment of each type was suggested.
