本文研究了淋巴液中铜、锌、铁、钙、镁微量金属元素的火焰原子吸收光谱法的测定。采用湿法消化法处理样品 ,方法简便、快速 ,铜、锌、铁、钙、镁的样品加标回收率分别为 99.2 %、 10 3.0 %、 10 2 .0 %、10 4.0 %和 98.5 %

This paper reports the determination of trace Co pper,Zinc,Iron,Calcium and Magnesium in lymph by flame atomic absorption spectro photometry.The lymph samples were digested with HNO 3-HClO 4.The method is convenient and rapid.The rates of standard recovery of Copper,Zinc,Iron,Calci um and Magnesium were 99.2%,103.0%,102.0%,104.0% and 98.5% respectively.
