Qiqihar is the agricultural center for western part of Heilongjiang and locates at the connect area of Heilongjiang,Jilin and Inner-Mongolia provinces. On the basis of introducing the status of Qiqihar city,it dis- cussed the great significance as the agricultural center from proportion of agriculture, contact of location, issues on agriculture,farmer and rural, characteristics of agricultural products and eco-agriculture construction and theory.
