改良B-Lynch术联合垂体后叶素治疗剖宫产术中大出血疗效分析

目的探讨改良B-Lynch外科缝扎术联合垂体后叶注射液在治疗剖宫产术中大出血的临床应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院产科2007年10月～2011年10月剖宫产术中大出血应用改良B-Lynch外科缝扎术联合垂体后叶注射液的22例患者的临床资料。结果 22例患者经治疗后止血均成功,术后无大出血、无二次开腹手术,无子宫切除,无并发症发生,子宫复旧无异常,具备明显的治疗效果及临床应用价值。结论改良B-Lynch外科缝扎术联合垂体后叶注射液是治疗剖宫产术中大出血的一种有效的外科止血方法。
