摘要
目的分析采取腹腔镜胆囊切除术方法,治疗急性结石性胆囊炎的效果。方法对2008年5月～2011年12月共70例急性结石性胆囊炎患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 65例患者完成腹腔镜胆囊切除术,5例转开腹手术,术后痊愈出院。结论采用腹腔镜胆囊切除治疗急性结石性胆囊炎,方法安全、可行,关键在于把握手术的最佳时机,提高临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze take a laparoscopic cholecystectomy, treatment of the effect of acute cholecystitis. Methods The analysis of our hospital from May 2008 to 2011 December a total of 70 cases of acute cholecystitis in patients with clinical data. Results 65 patients completed laparoscopic cholecystectomy and was discharged after 5 patients transfer open cases. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis, the method is safe, feasible, the key is to grasp the best time of the surgery, improve the clinical value.
