成人包皮环扎术与环切术124例疗效对比分析

目的探讨包皮环扎术与环切术用于成人手术治疗的临床疗效。方法选取在安徽泗县中医院行包皮手术治疗的成人患者124例,随机分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用包皮环扎术,对照组采用包皮环切术,比较效果。结果观察组手术时间为(6.68±0.19)min,对照组手术时间为(27.13±0.56)min,观察组失血量、水肿时间和并发症发生率明显低于对照组,愈合时间、外观满意比例和费用明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论包皮环扎术与环切术,各具有其特点,应结合患者具体情况合理选择。

Objective To investigate the foreskin cerclage and circumcision operation treatment for adult. Methods In our hospital prepuce operation in treatment of adult patients with 124 cases, were randomLy divided into observation group and control group,the observation group were treated with foreskin cerclage, the control group were treated with circumcision,comparative effectiveness. Results Operation time of the observation group was （6.68~0.19） rain,of the control group was （27.13~0.56）min, blood loss,edema in time and the complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than of the control group, the healing time,appearance satisfaction scale and cost was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The foreskin cerclage and circumcision,each has its own characteristic,should be combined with the specific circumstances of patients rational choice.
