血液净化在急性肾损伤治疗中的作用

目的探讨血液净化在急性肾损伤治疗中的作用。方法回顾性分析近2年来收治行血液净化治疗的26例急性肾损伤患者的临床资料,总结血液净化对其治疗的作用。结果两组26例患者中,对照组行内科保守治疗,13例患者中8例治愈,5例死亡;治疗组除行内科保守治疗外,还采用血液净化治疗,13例患者中治愈12例,死亡1例。对比两组治疗后的治愈率、病死率,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后对比显示在小便恢复时间、肾功能恢复正常所需时间及住院天数方面,治疗组比对照组所需时间均明显缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性肾损伤使用血液净化治疗后治愈率高,肾功能恢复正常所需的时间较短。
