子宫切除术围手术期混合性阴道感染的护理体会

目的探讨并总结子宫切除手术围手术期并发混合性阴道感染的护理方法。方法对2009年4月～2012年6月于巴中市巴州区妇幼保健院妇产科行子宫切除手术且围手术期并发混合性阴道感染的63例患者的临床资料,进行回顾总结。结果 63例患者混合性阴道炎均治愈,治愈率100%。结论硝呋尔太制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗混合性阴道感染疗效显著。注重对患者的心理护理、自我护理,指导正确阴道用药,重点做好术后护理并加强饮食护理对疗效有重要意义。

Objective To explore and sum the nursing ofpatienets treated by hysterectomy complicated with mixed vaginal mtectlon. Methods Data of 63 patients treated by hysterectomy complicated with mixed vaginal infection in our hospital from April 2009 to June 2012 were reviewed and analysed. Results 63 patients treated by hysterectomy complicated with mixed vaginal infection were recovered, with the cure rate of 100.0%. Conclusion The clinic effect of Tanner voltaire system with soft capsule vagina to treat the mixed vaginal infection were effective.It is important that paying attention to psychological nursing and nursing by patients, guiding treatment correctly by vagina, highlight the postoperation nursing and diet nursing.
