摘要
变桨轴承是风力发电机组中最关键的零部件之一,而轴承摩擦力矩则是影响变桨轴承运行性能的重要因素。介绍了一种风机变桨轴承摩擦力矩特性检验的方法,主要用于在地面实验室模拟风力发电机组实际运行中变桨轴承所承受的各种载荷,检测风力发电机组变桨轴承的摩擦力矩。
Pitch bearing is one of the most key parts in wind turbine, and the bearing friction torque is an impor- tant factor for pitch bearing' s working function. A method of testing pitch bearing friction torque characteristics is intro- duced, this method mainly used for testing the various load of the pitch bearing in ground laboratory and detecting the friction torque of the pitch bearing.
