摘要
针对当前机械类软启动装置存在的一些问题,提出并设计一种新型的磁流变液软启动装置。建立盘式磁流变传动机构的理论力矩模型;设计磁流变液软启动装置的机械组合结构,详细说明工作原理、散热结构设计和磁路结构设计。设计的磁流变液软启动装置不仅可以满足功能需求,而且降低对驱动电机的要求,体积明显减小,磁流变液在固态和液态之间的毫秒级可逆转化使得软启动装置的响应速度更快,提高了传动效率。
Aiming at some problems existing in the current mechanical soft starter, a new magnetorheological soit starter is proposed and designed. The theoretical torque model of disk- shaped magnetorheological actuator is built, a mechanical combined structure of magnetorheological soft starter is designed; the principle, the heat dissipation struc- ture and the magnetic circuit structure design are specified. The magnetorheological soft starter can not only meet the function requirements, but also reduce the requirement of driving motor and decrease the volume significantly; the re- versible conversion of magnetorheological fluid from solid state to liquid state completes within some milliseconds, mak- ing the soft starter respond faster and improving the transmission efficiency.
