以AutoCAD为开发平台,利用VC++中的Object ARX为开发工具,结合SQL SERVER2000数据库,实现了高速板链斗式提升机从选型计算到报表输出,再到参数化绘图的全过程。不仅可减少工作量,缩短生产周期,提高设计的准确性,对提升机进行参数化计算机辅助设计也具有重要意义,更为类似产品的开发奠定了基础。

The NE150 plate chain hoist is a particular lifting device widely used in many fields such as construc- tion, power, mining, chemical engineering, transportation, machinery manufacturing, food, medicine, etc. The sys- tem uses AutoCAD as the platform, VC ＋ ＋ and Object ARX as developing tools, and combines SQL SERVER2000 database for realizing the whole process of parametric CAD for NE150 plate chain hoist which contains database man- agement, model selection, report generation and parametric drafting. The realization of CAD system of the plate chain hoist could not only reduce the labor work, shorten production cycle and improve the production efficiency but also provide practical experience and theoretical basis for the development of the similar products in the future.
