妊高征的全血光声光谱研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文用自制的双光路光声光谱仪对住院待产正常孕妇和妊高征患者的血液进行了全血光声光谱研究 ,结果显示 ,妊高征患者的全血光声谱在 6 30~ 6 5 0 nm范围内出现一个特异峰。 The whole blood of the normal pregnancy and PIH were checked by photoacoustic spectroscopy device.The results shows that there i s a characteristic peak in 630—650 nm of the PIH.The characteristic peak may pr ovide an important basis diagnosis of PIH.Basing the result on this,the author m akes a further study on the characteristic peak by adding different anticoagulan t into blood.The results show that the EDTA is the best one for the characterist ic peak analysis.
