摘要
为研究飞机机轮刹车振动规律,以机轮刹车系统为研究对象,采用振型叠加法,运用大型有限元软件ABAQUS对机轮刹车振动进行了仿真,通过模态分析和动力响应分析,计算出前30阶固有频率和模态,得到了加载条件下的加速度响应曲线。并在刹车试验台架上进行机轮刹车振动试验,对比分析表明有限元计算结果与试验结果基本一致,验证了仿真模型的有效性,得出刹车装置主要部件的加速度响应曲线。通过仿真和试验结果初步得到了刹车振动规律,并为机轮刹车系统设计和改进提供了依据。
In order to study the law of wheel vibration, the research on the aircraft wheel is based on the mode superposition method, the vibration processing is simulated by ABAQUS, by using modal analysis and dynamic re- sponse analysis, the 30 - order natural frequency and the modal are calculated, and the acceleration response curve is gotten. The airplane wheel the brake experimentation is carried out on the test - bed, comparing he simulation with the brake experimentation, the better correspondence is found. The validity of the simulation model is verified. Finally, the acceleration response curve of the main part is drawn. The law of wheel vibration is obtained based on the simulation and test, and the law can be used to the design and improvement of the wheel break vibration system.
