摘要
运用三维CAD软件UG建立了某型载重货车驱动桥壳三维几何模型,将其进行简化并导入ANSYS软件中,建立了有限元模型。运用ANSYS软件对桥壳进行了4种典型工况下的静力分析,得出相应的应力与变形分布图,分析结果表明,桥壳的强度和刚度满足设计要求;利用ANSYS软件对桥壳进行了模态分析,得出了桥壳六阶模态的振型和固有频率,分析结果表明桥壳的结构设计合理。上述静力分析和模态分析的结果可以为新产品的开发和结构优化设计提供重要的参考依据。
A simplified 3D geometry model of the heavy truck drive axle housing is established by using the three dimensional CAD software UG, then it is imported to ANSYS software to establish a finite element model. By ANSYS a static analysis under four typical conditions is carried out for axle housing, and the corresponding stress and deforma- tion distribution graphs of axle housing meet the design requirements are obtained; then a modal analysis is done to get vibration and natural frequencies shapes under the six modes of the housing, which results show that the design of the axle housing is rational. These results of static analysis and modal analysis can provide some references for the devel- opment of new products and the structure optimization design in the future.
