改革开放30年来医学伦理学的发展

Development of China's Medical Ethics since the Reform and Opening up

采取文献回顾方法,全面系统回顾中国医学伦理学状况。研究发现,改革开放以来中国医学伦理学发展可以划分为阶段明显的3个时期,每个历史阶段的基本特征明显;并从学科的独立、学术组织、刊物出版、领域的拓展、制度化实践等方面进行全面总结。医学伦理学的发展仍需本土化理论、更多的实践研究以及向生命伦理学的转化等。

This paper reviews the situation of China＇s medical ethics comprehensively, using the method of literature review. The study shows that China＇s medical ethics can be divided into three stages since the reform and opening up, each one has its own features such as development of subject, building of academic organizations, publishing, expansion of research scope, and legislation of laws and regulations which are comprehensively summarized, The medical ethics in China still needs more localized theories, more practical researches and the transform to bioethics and so on.
