新医改视野下医学生综合素质培养途径探析

Discussion Ways on Comprehensive Quality Training in Medical Students under the New Medical Reform

新医改对我国医学教育提出了新的要求,即医学教育应帮助学生树立服务基层意识、法律意识、责任意识、创业精神,以及帮助学生实现就业观念的转变。为此,医学院校应以学生为本,要密切关注学生思想动态、社会活动、就业需要等情况;充分利用思想政治理论课教学,围绕新医改的发展要求开展主题活动,引导学生树立正确的人生观和择业观,以提高医学生就业竞争力。

The new medical reform in our country has put forward new requirements on medical education. Medical education should help students to establish grassroots service awareness, legal consciousness, responsibility consciousness, the entrepreneurial spirit and help student transform the view of employment consciousness. For this purpose, we should take the students as the center,adhere to professional learning, attection, social activities and employment need. we should make good use of Ideological and political theory course. Around the new medical reform we should carry out activities and guide students to participate in the new medical reform .At the same time, the teachers should guide students to build up the correct outlook on life and job-choosing view, to provide medical students＇ competitive employment.
