摘要
对韶钢转炉钢渣进行在线高温重构制备重构钢渣掺合料,研究了重构钢渣微粉单掺或与矿渣粉、粉煤灰复掺对混凝土力学性能、抗渗和抗氯离子渗透性能的影响。结果表明,在混凝土中单独掺入30%工业重构钢渣微粉可制备出C30和C50强度等级的混凝土;利用工业重构钢渣复合掺合料替代30%以上硅酸盐水泥时,可以稳定制备出抗渗性、抗氯离子渗透性能良好的C60强度等级混凝土。
The modified steel slag (MSS) is prepared by adding adjusting material into mohen slag when it is discharged. The influences of modified steel slag, slag and fly ash on mechanical properties, impermeability and anti-chloride ion permeability of concrete are investigated. The results show that C30 and C50 grade concrete can be prepared with 30% MSS replacement of Portland cement by mass. In addition, C60 grade concrete with good impermeability and anti-chloride ion permeability can be prepared using the mixture of MSS and mineral admixtures as a substitution for 30% Portland cement.
