摘要
新颁布实施的CECS 140:2011《给水排水工程埋地预应力混凝土管和预应力钢筒混凝土管管道结构设计规程》与2002版相比,进行了大量的修订和修改,但仍存在一些问题。本文结合使用经验,分别对新标准涉及的有效预应力、预应力损失、钢丝强度取值、可变作用分项系数、抗裂公式安全系数、受拉区混凝土的影响系数、抗裂检验压力计算等方面进行了分析和探讨,并提出了建议。
Compared with the old edition, the new edition CECS 140:2011 《Specification for structural design of buried prestressed concrete pipes and PCCP pipeline of water supply and sewerage engineering》was made a lot of revision and modification, but it still has some problems during practicing. According to the author own experience, some aspects of new standard CECS 140:2011 such as effective prestressed, loss of prestressed, strength of steel wire, variable function partial coefficient, safety coefficient of crack formula, concrete influence coefficients in the tension zone, crack inspection pressure calculation etc. are analyzed and discussed, and some suggestions are put forward.
