R&D人力资源是科技人力资源的核心,其配置和投入的现状及发展趋势对建构区域创新体系,生成区域产业群以及调整区域产业战略等都将产生重大而深远的影响。广东省经济增长是否是建立在人力资本基础之上的集约型增长,科技人力资本对广东省经济增长的贡献率如何,值得深入探讨。利用广东省的数据,对R&D人力资源配置和投入与经济增长的关系进行实证分析,为优化配置R&D人力资源提供决策参考。

In this paper, the data of Guangdong Province, the empirical analysis on the R ＆ D human resource allocation and investment and economic growth, provide a reference for the rational and optimal allocation of R ＆ D human resources.
