低温弱光对茄子生长及生理特性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 [目的]研究不同低温弱光处理下及恢复过程中茄子(Solanum melongena L.)生长及部分生理指标变化,探明低温弱光对茄子植株生长和生理特性的影响机制以及茄子对低温弱光的适应机理。[方法]温度处理:在设施棚内设置3个小区;白天温度,1区为正常温度28~32℃,2区为25~27℃,3区为21~23℃;夜晚温度均为15~17℃;在第7、14天对每个小区进行逆境测定,随后统一按照正常条件管理,测定其恢复能力。光照处理:1区为对照(在自然光照条件下),2区遮光50%,3区遮光15%。每个处理每个品种定植30株,随机区组设计,每个品种设置3次重复。测定指标包括株高、茎粗、游离脯氨酸(Pro)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量。[结果]低温弱光逆境可降低茄子株高,茎粗增长量,并且随着温度和光照的降低,茄子株高、茎粗的增长量也随之降低。低温弱光条件下茄子叶片中Pro及MDA含量有不同程度的升高,低温弱光处理14 d后变化幅度较大。[结论]该试验条件已使茄子发生了膜脂过氧化作用并对茄子叶片光合机构的结构和活性造成了伤害。 [Objective] The purpose was to study the change of growth and parts of physiological characteristics of eggplant under different low temperature and poor light and during its restoration,and discover effects mechanism of low temperature and poor light on eggplant plant growth and physiological characteristics and adaptation mechanism of eggplant to low temperature and poor light.[Method] 3 polts were designed.Temperature treatments were as follows: In day time,normal temperature 28-32 ℃ in first polt,25-27 ℃ was in second polt,21-23 ℃ in third polt;In tonight,3 polts all 15-17 ℃;Adversity indices of every polts determined after treating 7 and 14 days,then managed according to normal conditions and determined their restoration ability.Light treatments were as follows: normal sunshine in first polt(CK),shading light 50% and 15% in second and third polt respectively.30 plants of every eggplant varieties were planted in every plots by randomized block design with 3 repeated.Determined indices were plant height,stem diameter,free proline(Pro) content and malonaldehyde(MDA) content.[Result] The result showed that low temperature and poor light reduced the plant height and stem diameter.When temperature and light reduced,the plant height and stem diameter reduced too.But Pro and MDA content in leaves increased in various degree under low temperature and poor light,and it changed largely after treating 14 days.[Conclusion] The designed conditions have always made membrane lipid peroxidation happen,and the structure and activity of photosynthetic apparatus are injured.
