公路工程质量是确保行车安全、公路使用寿命的前提,做好公路质量的试验检测是确保公路工程质量的前提。研究公路工程试验检测机构的建设与管理,利于建立工程质量的试验检测机构,提升公路工程的施工质量。
Highway engineering quality can ensure the safety and highway service life. Highway quality test detection is the premise to ensure highway engineering quality. It is useful to build project quality testing agen- cies and improve highway engineering quality to study construction and management about highway engineering test detection mechanism.
