本文重点阐述了在塑性材料切削过程中的一种常见物理、力学作用下,积屑瘤的生长条件、消失、及对精加工表面粗糙度产生的影响,根据其形成的具体因素找到在精加工表面时防止屑瘤积产生的具体措施。
The paper expatiates the growth conditions of built - up edge under a common physical and mechani- cal effects during the cutting process of plastic materials, and its influence on fine machining of surface roughness, and gives specific measures to prevent the built - up edge during the process of fine machining based on its cause of formation.
