6 t f d y At present,the NGI has become an important part of China's strategic new industry.The new issued 'The outline of the twelfth five-year plan for national economy and social development' and 'The decision of the state council on speeding up the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries' clearly said that,it is important to develop NGI and other new generation information-based industries,to carry out relevant innovation development projects,to promote leaping development in relevant key fields,and to realize transformation and upgrade in such industries and improve core competitiveness.Wu Hequan,Chairman of CNGI Experts Committee and academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering,points out,that the internet has been developing towards Next Generation Network era featured with broadband,mobile and ubiquitous,which has triggered new round of change of internet;the enterprises which could comply with internet development and transformation will obtain the market power successfully,while those slow to respond will lose competitiveness.Cloud computing,three-network convergence,broadband China's strategy,mobile internet,smart city and internet of things provide new opportunities for China's internet technology.At present,we should seize the opportunity of broadband China strategy implementation and the development of mobile internet,especially the popularization of mobile devices and IPv6,and promote the transition to IPv6.
