摘要
针对石油工程项目实施过程中的环境评价问题,利用模糊综合评价法构建了石油工程项目环境影响模糊综合评价模型。基于"压力-状态-响应"模型构建评价指标体系,采用层次分析法筛选优势指标,确定环境影响水平分级标准。以某实际的石油工程项目为例,对该项目的环境影响进行模糊综合评价。
According to the problem of environmental evaluation in the implementation of petroleum project, this paper uses the fuzzy compre- hensive evaluation method to establish the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of environment impact of petroleum project. And it constructs the evaluation index system based oft "pressure-state-resportse" model, and selects the advantage indicators by using the analysis hierarchy process,and determines the grading standard of environmental impact level. Finally,it demonstrates the availability of this model through a ex- ample.
