摘要
无论是传统的师幼关系还是现代的师幼关系,都受到主客二元对立思维的影响,形成了教师中心主义或是儿童中心主义。这种思维方式下的师幼关系是一种支配与被支配、统治与被统治、塑造与被塑造的关系,这也是师幼关系冲突的主要来源。主体间性是在强调个人主体性的基础之上,充分尊重师幼双方的主体地位,以一种教育交往的方式来消解主客二元对立思维下的师幼冲突,这也是当今社会对师幼关系的新考量、新转向。
