摘要
本文介绍了铝热轧机废乳液的电解破乳原理,分析了电解破乳耗能的主要原因,提出了电解破乳节能的改进措施,实施后获得了较好的效果。
The electrolytic demulsification principle of waste emulsion for aluminum hot rolling mill was introduced, the main reasons for energy consumption of electrolytic demulsifieation were analyzed, the improvement measures for energy saving of that were put forward, and the good effects were obtained after implementation.
