降低锌电解工艺直流电单耗的实践

摘要 结合某电解锌冶炼厂的生产实际,分析了影响直流电单耗的因素,提出了降低直流电单耗的具体措施,并付诸实践,取得了较好的效果。直流电单耗降低了250 kW.h/t-Zn。 Combined with the actual production of a electrolysis zinc smelter, the factors that influence the direct current unit consumption were analyzed, and the specific measures for reducing direct current unit consumption were put forward and put into practice, which obtained good effects, the direct current unit consumption reduced by 250 kW. h/t-Zn.
