摘要
介绍干熄焦过程中,采用惰性气体冷却红焦,吸收红焦显热,经锅炉进行热交换产生蒸汽发电。文章分析锅炉汽包水位过程控制中,给水量、蒸汽流量的变化下,汽包水位变化的特性曲线,进行分析串级控制系统中对提高系统性能指标的要求,改善控制对象特性,提高抗干扰能力,并对其自适应能力进行分析,以计算机及自动控制系统为基础,通过PLC控制系统实现PID调节控制。对干熄焦锅炉控制系统单冲量、双冲量、三冲量控制系统分析、比较,选择确定三冲量控制系统,即前馈-串级控制系统,确保锅炉控制系统的稳定性。
Introduce stem to extinguish burnt process, adopt the sloth air cooling red and burnt, absorb red and burnt show hot, was carry on by boiler the heat exchange creation steam to generate electricity.This text analytical boiler vapor wrap the water level process control medium, the variety of the amount of water applied,the steam discharge bottom, the vapor wraps the characteristic curve of the water level variety, carrying on the analytical string class control system in to raise the system function index sign of request, the improvement control object characteristic, the exaltation anti- inter- ference ability, and as to it's from orientation the ability carry on analysis, taking the calculator and the automatic control system as foundation, carrying out PID to regulate a control through the PLC control system.The article extinguishes the burnt boiler control system to the stem list blunt quantity,the double is blunt to measure,three blunt quantity control sys- tem analysis,comparison, choice make sure three blunt quantity control system, namely exstring class control system, in- sure the stability of the boiler control system.
