摘要
针对HPB235钢在轧制过程中产生翘皮缺陷,从炼钢角度采取多因素分析方法,对影响普碳钢翘皮缺陷产生的各种因素进行了分析,结果表明钢水全氧量及夹杂物量对翘皮缺陷的发生率有较大影响。炼钢系统通过优化转炉-精炼-连铸工艺操作,有效降低了高速线材因脱氧产物及夹杂物而导致翘皮缺陷的高发生率。
According to rolled products surface upwarping by HPB235 steel, analyzing the factors of plain carbon steel surface upwarping on angle steelmaking. The resuhs indicate that the molten steel entire oxygen and the inclusions quan- tity to stee| surface upwarping to have affect greatly. Through optimizing the converter - fining - continuous casting craft operation on steelmaking system, effectively reducing steel surface upwarping for this reason on the high speed wire rod rolling process.
