部分发达国家社区卫生服务绩效考核的经验及对我国的启示

Experience of Performance Appraisal for Community Health Services in Some Developed Countries

本文在总结美国、英国、澳大利亚、加拿大等部分发达国家社区卫生服务绩效考核的主要做法和经验的基础上,从绩效考核的目标、内容、组织实施等方面分析其绩效考核的主要特点及内在规律,以期为我国社区卫生服务绩效考核提供参考和借鉴。

This paper compares and analyzes the performance appraisal on the aspects of the targets,contents,organization and implementation of community health services in some developed countries such as the United States,the UK,Australia and Canada based on the review of the practices and experiences of these countries.It aimed to find key characteristics and inner regularity of the performance appraisal in order to provide useful reference for performance appraisal of community health services in China.
