Application of Personal Digital Assistant Technology in Health Management of Residents by Family Doctors

家庭医生上门随访是社区居民健康管理中的重要内容,我中心利用掌上电脑(PDA)通过3G网络通讯技术将访视的健康管理服务内容直接传输到中心健康档案管理系统中,实时更新数据,可避免以往的访视内容二次输入、内容更新不及时等弊端,使社区家庭医生的工作效率大大提高,能更准确地给出健康指导方案,利用微型打印机为服务对象提供本次的个体化健康教育处方和访视记录清单,并有助于建立家庭医生公共卫生服务信息化自动绩效考核管理系统。

Home visit by family doctor is an important part in community health management.By using personal digital assistant（PDA） and through the 3G network communication technology,we directly transmitted the health management services data got by visit into the health records management system of the center,thus the data can be real-timely updated so as to avoid the faults of second input or untimely update of the data.In this way the family doctors can promote their working efficacy greatly and more accurately given health guidance program.By taking advantage of the miniature printer the doctors can also provide their service objects with the individual health education prescriptions and visiting records of this time.It is also helpful to establish the automatic appraisal management system for the family doctors about their information of performance in public health services.
