类风湿关节炎患者外周血半乳糖凝集素3的表达及其相关性研究

Serum Galectin-3 Expression in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Its Clinical Significance

目的探讨类风湿关节炎(RA)患者外周血半乳糖凝集素3(galectin-3)的表达及其与临床和实验室检查指标的相关性。方法 RA患者69例(RA组),骨关节炎(OA)患者40例(OA组),健康体检者24例(NC组),采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测受检者外周血galectin-3水平。分析galectin-3与RA临床及实验室检查指标的相关性。结果 RA组、OA组和NC组血清中galectin-3水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);RA组较OA组和NC组均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);OA组与NC组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。RA患者中病情高度活动组、病情中度活动组和病情低度活动组galectin-3水平比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病情高度活动组和病情中度活动组较病情低度活动组均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病情高度活动组与病情中度活动组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。RA患者galectin-3水平与红细胞沉降率(ESR)、IgA、28关节疾病活动度评分(DAS28评分)均呈正相关(P<0.05);与年龄、病程、类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(CCP)、IgG、IgM、补体3(C3)、补体4(C4)、抗角蛋白抗体(AKA)及抗核周因子抗体(APF)等均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论 galectin-3在RA患者外周血表达增高,在RA患者中与病情活动度相关。

Objective To explore the serum Galectin-3 expression in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RS） and investigate its clinical significance.Methods The serum Galectin-3 expression in 69 RA patients（RA group）,40 osteoarthritis patients（OA group）,and 24 healthy controls（control group） were determined using ELISA.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 13.0 software.Results The serum Galectin-3 expression was significantly higher in RA group than in control group and OA group（bothP〈0.01）,whereas no such difference was found between OA group and control group.In the RA group,patients with high-or intermediate-grade disease activities also had significantly lower serum Galectin-3 expression（P〈0.05）,whereas no such difference was found between the high-grade and intermediate-grade subgroups（P〉0.05）.The serum Galetin-3 level in RA group was positively correlated with the Disease Activity Score（DAS28）,IgA,erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）.Nevertheless,the serum Galetin-3 level in RA patients showed no correlation with disease course,age,C-reactive protein（CRP）,rheumatoid factor（RF）,anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide antibody（CCP）,immunoglobulin IgG,/IgM,anti-keratin antibody（AKA） and antiperinuclear factor antibody（APF）,complement 3（C3）,complement 4（C4）,and other indicators.Conclusion Serum Galectin-3 increases grouping RA patients and is correlated with disease activity.
