摘要
目的探讨社区护士专业自我概念与工作满意度及工作绩效的相关性。方法采用专业自我概念量表、工作满意度量表及工作绩效量表对荆门市206名社区护士进行问卷调查并进行相关及回归分析。结果社区护士专业自我概念得分(90.42±10.41)分,工作满意度得分(72.79±14.53)分,工作绩效得分(91.91±17.59)分,分别占其总分的75.35%、72.79%和80.62%。社区护士专业自我概念与工作满意度及工作绩效、工作满意度与工作绩效之间呈正相关(P<0.05)。专业自我概念中沟通交流能力、满意度、领导能力和专业技能是工作满意度的影响因素(P<0.05),专业技能和沟通交流能力是工作绩效的影响因素(P<0.05)。工作满意度中内在满意度是工作绩效的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论社区护士专业自我概念越强,工作满意度和工作绩效越高;工作满意度越高,工作绩效也越高。卫生管理部门应采取措施进一步提高社区护士专业自我概念和工作满意度,从而提高其工作绩效。
Objective To probe into the correlation between professional self-concept,job satisfaction and performance of community nurses.Methods Rating scales of professional self-concept,job satisfaction and job performance were used to perform a correlation and regression analysis in 206 community nurses in Jingmen.Results The scores of professional self-concept(90.42±10.41),job satisfaction(72.79±14.53) and performance(91.91±17.59) accounted for 75.35%,72.79%,80.62%,respectively,in total scores.Community nurses′ professional self-concept was positively correlated with job satisfaction and job performance,and job satisfaction with job performance(P〈0.05).In professional self-concept,communicative competence,satisfaction,leading capacity and professional skills were influencing factors of job satisfaction(P〈0.05),professional skills and communicative competence were influencing factors of job performance(P〈0.05).In job satisfaction,internal satisfaction was influencing factors of job performance(P〈0.05).Conclusion The stronger self-concept community nurses have,the higher job satisfaction and performance are;the higher job satisfaction is,the better job performance is.Health administrations should take measures to improve further the professional self-concept and job satisfaction of community nurses,thus to improve job performance.
