摘要
川西沙溪庙组水平井在固井过程中存在环空气窜、套管不易下入居中、岩屑清除困难、顶替效率低等技术难点,直接影响着气井长期安全生产。结合近年来水平井固井实践,通过开展水泥浆体系防窜性能、优选扶正器及安放位置、下套管技术及提高顶替效率技术等研究,成功解决了上述固井难题,并在现场成功实践,为川西沙溪庙组水平井固井提供了可以借鉴的经验。
During a horizontal-well cementing of Shaximiao Formation,western Sichuan,there exist some technical difficulties such as annular channeling,hard casing setting with non-centering position,difficult cuttings clean and low displacement efficiency,which directly affect a long-term safe production.Combined with cementing practices for horizontal wells in recent years,all the difficulties are successfully solved by not only improving the anti-channeling performance of cement slurry system and displacement efficiency technology,but also optimizing the centralizer,setting position,and casing running technology.The successful application may provide experience for the horizontal-well cementing of Shaximiao Formation.
