摘要
TD004-3井水平井段地质导向钻杆滑扣事故,下公锥打捞成功,起钻中挂落,公锥尖部断裂,落鱼入井,打捞难度加大。通过分析落鱼情况,改进公锥形状,强化鱼头过井口安全措施,成功捞获落鱼,为处理同类事故积累了经验。
In an accident of threaded connection slipping of geo-steering drilling pipe in the horizontal well section of TD004-X3 well,a successful fishing is achieved by pin tap.But during pulling out,the tip of pin tap is broken;then,the fish falls into well.It′s difficult to get it out.With analyzing the fish,improving the shape of pin tap,and adopting safety measures for fish head passing through wellhead,the fish is successfully completed.It accumulates experiences for similar accidents.
