蛇毒对止血系统的作用及临床应用

Effects of Snake Venoms on the Haemostatic System and Clinical Applications

摘要 目前已知的3 000多种蛇中大约600种是有毒的。蛇毒几乎对每种动物的生理过程都能产生影响,例如神经毒素能阻断神经肌肉接头;细胞毒素和磷脂酶可引起肌肉坏死;眼镜蛇毒因子能抑制补体的活性及凝血系统中各种蛋白酶的作用。本文综述蛇毒对凝血系统、纤溶系统、微血管系统及血小板的影响,并介绍其在出血与血栓性疾病诊治中的应用。
