病毒性脑炎合并下肢深静脉血栓1例报道 被引量：1

摘要 1病例报告 患者男性,17岁,学生,因头痛发热,间断四肢抽搐23 d于2010年10月21日入院。患者入院前23 d受凉后出现头痛、发热,体温最高达39℃,无呕吐,就诊于当地医院,给予对症治疗后病情加重,出现发作性四肢抽搐,伴意识障碍、小便失禁。每次发作持续数分钟不等,共发作4次。发作期间无意识恢复。急就诊于北京宣武医院,给予重症监护,气管切开,
