胸腔镜辅助安置心外膜起搏器手术1例报道

摘要 起搏器通常是将电极放置在右室心内膜下,导线经腔静脉、锁骨下静脉置于锁骨下。然而,在一些心脏手术后,伴有心内分流、静脉通道障碍及患儿身材过小等情况下常需要安置心外膜起搏器[1]。
