摘要 阐述了我国乳化液浓度检测、配比技术的概况,对比研究了乳化液浓度检测技术、乳化液自动配比技术和乳化液浓度检测与自动配比技术的发展现状,分析了它们各自的技术特点,指出:结合传感检测技术和计算机控制技术的乳化液浓度在线检测和自动配比是符合现代化矿井生产技术的发展趋势;研发精度高、实用性强的乳化液浓度传感器是现阶段的主要研究内容;乳化液浓度的自动检测配比系统将朝着智能化和数字化的方向发展,它将与乳化液的泄漏监控子系统结合,对整个乳化液泵站系统进行监控,以保证综采工作面液压支护系统正常工作。 The paper introduced current situation of detection and matching technique of emulsion concentration in China,compared and researched development status of detection technique of emulsion concentration,automatic matching technique of emulsion concentration,detection and automatic matching technique of emulsion concentration,and discussed their respective characteristics.It pointed out that on-line detection and automatic matching technique of emulsion concentration combined with technologies of sensor and computer is development trend which accords with production technology of modern mine;to develop sensor of emulsion concentration with high accuracy and good practicality is main work at present;automatic detection and matching system of emulsion concentration will develop in direction of digitalization and intellectualization,and it will combine with subsystem of emulsion leakage monitoring to monitor whole emulsion pump station,so as to realize normal work of hydraulic support system of fully mechanized coal face.
