制备聚丙烯腈导电纤维所用设备材料的探索

Discussion on the Equipment Materials for the Preparation of Electric Conductive PAN Fiber

对批量化生产聚丙烯腈 ( PAN)导电纤维所用设备的材料进行了探讨。讨论铁、铜、不锈钢、热塑性塑料 (如聚氯乙烯 )、搪瓷等材料不适宜用作制造聚丙烯腈导电纤维设备的原因 ,并提出较为理想的材料用来制造大批量生产 PAN导电纤维的设备。

The equipment materials for mass producing electric conductive PAN fiber are discussed, The reason why iron, copper, stainless steel, plastics (eg.polyvinyl chloride), enamel can not be used as the material of the equipment is pointed out and comparatively ideal material is recommended.
