接骨止痛口服膏质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Jieguzhitong Oral Paste

目的建立接骨止痛膏的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法鉴别方中三七、当归、白芍;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定方中白芍的含量。结果薄层色谱鉴别中,色谱特征斑点明显,阴性无干扰。芍药苷进样量在7.995～127.920μg(r2=0.999 9)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为98.59%,RSD=1.80%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法专属性强、重复性好,可用于接骨止痛口服膏的质量控制。

Objective To establish the quality standard of Jieguzhitong Oral Paste.Methods The thin layer chromatography（TLC） method was used to identify pseudo-ginseng,angelica and white peony root;the high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method was adopted for the content determination of Radix Paeoniae Alba.Results The identified TLC spots were clear without negative interference.The linear relationship of paeoniflorin was good in the sample volumw range of 7.995-127.920 μg,r2=0.999 9.The average recovery rate was 98.59%,RSD=1.80%（n=6）.Conclusion The established TLC and HPLC methods have the high specificity and good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of Jieguzhitong Oral Paste.
