摘要
结合国内某深井提升系统,对底卸式箕斗的卸载过程进行了详细的受力分析,指出了现有常用箕斗卸载曲轨存在的不足,通过对箕斗卸载曲轨的优化可以减少对提升钢丝绳的冲击,这些分析在延长提升钢丝绳使用寿命方面有较大的意义。
Combined with a domestic deep mining hoisting system, the mechanics of dumping process of bottom-dump skip is analyzed, and the imperfectness of normal dump tracks is proposed. It can help to reduce the impact on wire rope by optimizing the dump track. The analyzing has important significance to prolong the service life of wire rope.
