本文叙述了用θ- 2θ粉末衍射仪精确测定获得的 Li2 SO4 溶液实验衍射强度数据的校正方法和计算溶液结构函数 i(s)的具体步骤。由积分法和高角法联用获得了优化的标度因子 0 .2 62
The data correction of intensity and the concrete procedures in calculating the structural function i(s) of aqueous Li 2SO 4·20H 2O solution at 25℃ with a θ2θ type Xray diffractometer have been described in this paper. An optimum scaling factor, 0.2620, was obtained from the simultaneous methods of integral and high angle normalizition.
