研究了一种同时测定 2 -氨基萘 - 6-磺酰甲胺及其杂质 (2 -氨基萘 ,2 -乙酰氨基萘 - 6-磺酸 ,2 -氨基萘 - 6-磺酸和 2 -乙酰氨基萘 - 6-磺酰甲胺 )含量的高效液相色谱法。采用Hypersil BDS C1 8色谱柱 ,0 .2 %四丁基铵高氯酸盐 (TBAPC) /乙腈 /36%乙酸 (60∶ 38∶2 ,V/V/V)为流动相 ,柱温 30℃ ,在流速为 1 m L/min时 ,上述 5种物质在 2 0 min内实现了基线分离。本方法快速、准确 ,适用于 2 -氨基萘 -

The simultaneous determination of 2naphthylamine6sulfomethylamide and it's impurities [2naphthylamine, 2naphthylamine6sulfonic acid, 2acetamidonaphthalene6sulfomethylamide, 2acetamidonaphthalene6sulfonic acid] by high performance liquid chromatography have been studied. The baseline separation was achieved at 30℃ on an Hypersil BDS C18 (150 mm×4.0 mm i.d) column within 20 minutes using 2% TBAPCacetonitrile36% acetic acid (60∶38∶2 V/V/V) as mobile phase at a flowrate of 1ml/min. The linear relationship was good for the concentration range under investigation. This HPLC method was rapid, accurate and applicable to the online analysis of 2naphthylamin6sulfomethylamide and quality surveillance.
