催化光度法测定煤矸石中微量铜的研究 被引量:9

摘要 在乙酸 -乙酸钠介质中痕量铜对抗坏血酸还原二溴对甲基偶氮羧 (2 - Br- p MAC)褪色反应有催化作用 ,催化程度与 Cu( )量线性相关。借此建立了测定痕量 Cu( )的分光光度法。实验表明 ,有色溶液的最大吸收波长为 586nm,方法检出限为 0 .0 4 8μg/L,Cu( )量在 0~ 0 .8μg/50 m L范围内符合比耳定律 。 Trace Cu(Ⅱ) catalyzes decolorization reaction of 2bromopMethylazocarboxyl (2BrpMAC) by reducing with ascorbic acid in HOAcNaOAc buffer solution and its catalytic extent is linear with the contents of Cu(Ⅱ). Based on this study, a catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace Cu(Ⅱ) was developed. The results showed that the maximun absorption of the complex was at 586 nm and the detection limits of the method was 0.048 μg/L for Cu(Ⅱ). Beer's law was obeyed for Cu(Ⅱ)in the range of 0.0~0.8 μg/50 mL.The method has been applied to the determination of trace Cu in coal gangue with satisfactory results.
