摘要
合成了新显色剂 - [(4,6-二甲基 - 2 -嘧啶 )偶氮 ]- 2 -羟基萘 (简称 DPAN) ,并研究了与铁的显色反应。实验表明 :该试剂与铁 ( )反应生成 1∶ 1绿色水溶性络合物 ,在表面活性剂 Tween- 80存在下可稳定 1 0 h,其最大吸收波长为 70 6.2 nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为2 .1 3× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1· cm- 1,铁量在 0~ 1 .2 μg/m L范围内符合比耳定律 ,在掩蔽剂作用下 ,可不经分离直接用于含铁样品的分析 。
The synthesis of reagent 1[4,6Dimethyl2Pyrimdinylazo]2Naphthol(DPAN) and the condition of its reaction with Fe 2+ to form a stable green complex(1∶1) in the presence of Tween80 have been studied. The apparent molar absorptivity is 2.13×104 L/mol. cm at λ max =706.2 nm. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~1.2 μg/mL for Fe. The method has been applied to determine iron in human hair and human serum with satisfactory results.
