采用联立方程组新解法不经提取分离直接测定面康净片中甲硝唑和维生素 B6的含量。甲硝唑和维生素 B6的平均回收率和相对标准偏差分别是 1 0 1 .4% ,0 .97%和1 0 0 .6% ,1 .31 %。方法简便、快速。

The contents of metronidazole and vitamin B 6 in Miankangjing tablet were determined using the new solution of simultaneous equations without any preliminary separation. The average recoveries and variation coefficinets of metronidazole and vitamin B 6 were 101.4%, 0.97% and 100.6%, 1.31%, respectively. The method was simple, rapid and accurate.
